Delivery within Ireland
Any deliveries up 25 kg are automatically chosen for An Post / Courier delivery at €10.00
Any deliveries up 20 kg in Northern Ireland are automatically chosen for An Post / Courier delivery at €12.50
Any deliveries up 20 kg in England, Scotland & Wales are automatically chosen for An Post /Courier delivery at €15.00
Courier delivery is available to all counties within Ireland (including Northern Ireland). As a rule your order will take 1-3 working day to arrive by courier once it has been dispatched.
Please Note: We will always endeavor to meet these timings, however as An Post / the courier service is a third party, not directly controlled by us there may be delays outside of our control.
A signature is required on delivery so please ensure that you will be at the delivery address to sign for your parcel. It is a good idea to give a work address if you will not be at home during the day. Please give us a mobile number so that if you are not there, we or the Courier can contact you.
Delivery to all other destinations
For UK, Europe and Rest of World deliveries we use regular postal delivery with An Post. Maddocks are not liable for any import duty on international orders. Standard charge for postal service to Europe is €
Deliveries to European countries generally take 4-8 working days from dispatch, while international deliveries may take 6-10 working days.

Returns Policy
This returns policy is implemented at the sole discretion of Maddocks Online Ltd T/a Maddocks:
You must include the completed returns note ( get it here ) with all returned goods.
All returned goods must be in the same condition as sent and in original packaging provided (with the tags not removed, unmarked and unused) including packaging and fit for resale.
All returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of receipt, any returns received after this time may be rejected or be subject to 15% handling charge.
You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for non-arrival of returned goods. Responsibility for non-receipt of returned items rests with the sender.
Special order items are non-refundable & non-returnable unless they are DOA.
Any ‘damaged on arrival’ (DOA) goods or consignment shortages must be reported by telephone immediately (no later than 24 hours of receipt of delivery) and full details of the consignment supplied at the time of reporting. Failure to report within this time limit may mean that the goods are not treated as DOA.
DOA goods must be returned within 7 working days of delivery.
A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned goods that were supplied correctly but are no longer required (not DOA goods).
Returns are not available on goods sold under special terms; e.g. end of line, discounted, promotion or special order items.
This policy does not affect the statutory rights afforded to consumers.
